Denying the lying
A million children fighting
For lives in strife
For hope beyond the horison

How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?
How many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
How many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?

And as there is a moment for joy, there's a moment for contemplation.

The story of Jiraiya leaving his home village of Konoha to save the children of the enemies - has a special place in my (and I believe, not only my) heart

Let's try to simply _imagine_ how he might have felt like?
:bulletblue: Being so far from his beloved home.
:bulletblue: Leaving his team - his best friend and his one and only heart's desire.
:bulletblue: Taking full responsibility of the enemy's scared, weak orphans - why would he even care?

But Jiraiya did care, and this unique display of courage, selflessness and incredible willpower to believe in the better future - for all and everyone _despite_ their village of origin - is a lesson we should pay attention to.

He willingly spent (at least) three years of his life struggling for dear life in a war-torn Rain country, taking care of the kids (who hardly ever came to fully trust him!), loving them - as his own children - and teaching them everything he knew.

They shared the troubles and learnt to overcome whatever hardships that occured on their paths.
Being unrelated to each other, being technically _enemies_ to one another - and yet the manga displays the unique and powerful bonds of friendship, care and utter devotion.

Can you imagine something like this happening in the real world, surrounding you today?
It IS sad, if you can't imagine this.
Because such bonds make us _as a society_ stronger, and our souls - brighter.

In March 2012 we commemorate 1 year after the Japanese earthquake took away lives of over 11000 people.
Meanwhile the current amount of Syrian civil war victims has also reached this number and continues increasing.

Public tends to get attracted to the momentary catastrophes, and if the nightmare lasts for longer periods of time - it looks like it's no disaster anymore.

War, however, is not an event to be neglected.
This is what Kishimoto-san also teaches us.

Take care of yourself and your beloved ones and may the sky upon you be always peaceful :aww:

Thank you!
