January 2nd, 2013 - new types; new prices; new ideas!

Please read all of the following information carefully to ensure accurate processing and pricing for your personal commission and an understanding of what I can and cannot turn out.
General Information:

I reserve the right to display commissioned works wherever I deem necessary. I also reserve the right to adjust the price of a commission (before payment) based on any factor if the necessity arises, or decline a commission request for any reason.
Reference images are REQUIRED, unless it is fanart for characters that I am already familiar with (Narutoverse, A:TLA, Samurai Champloo, Loveless).
There is a surcharge if I am to be working only from description, because I will have to spend extra time designing your character.

All commissions are
personal, not commercial - meaning you can use it for any personal reason (post it in your blog (
not in your DA gallery!), use for journal skins, banners, stamps, etc (crediting the original), print it for yourself and enjoy) but you can't use my art in any commercial venture.

Commercial works are subject for preliminary discussion.
Artwork regulations:
Yes:
Fanarts of any fandoms, be it anime, TV, book, movie, game, etc. Though please mind I refrain from bluntly copying the original's style.

Original characters (as long as provided with references).

Illustrations for books and/or fanfiction.

Creative photo-referenced portraits.

I absolutely don't mind (and am interested in) drawing things I've never tried before (such as animals, anthro etc) - yet they'll most likely turn out stylized to a certain degree.

You're most welcome to come up with a unique idea and we'd discuss the possibilities
No:
Anything breaching DA's
TOS &
Etiquette policies.

Mature content (there may be
exceptions from this rule, however

)

Characters / pairings / scenarios I'm not comfortable with.

Payment Information:

!
The commissioner is to pay the transaction fee.

Payment with DA points

should be discussed beforehand.
If you're interested in commissioning me, send me a
DeviantArt note first and foremost to discuss the type and price of artwork - that's the only way to place your order and have it considered.
To make it more convenient and quicker for both of us please use the following form:
Your (DA)name.
Paypal address.
Commission type & price.
Fandom (if fanart) or description of what you want (if original art).
References.
Preferable colour scheme: whether you'd like the graphite work coloured or not, and if yes - which colours you'd like to see.
Peculiarities such as poses, clothes, mood, settings, hairstyles, canon or AU, etc.
Any other additional info you deem important for the drawing!
The process:

Once we've come to an agreement of what you'd like to see as final product, I send you my paypal address.

Once I receive the payment, the work begins. I may send you doodles of the process upon your request in case the piece is complex and should be specially supervised.

Estimated time of wait is from a week to month depending on the business, queue and force majeure.

Once the work is finished, you receive a large *.jpg file either to the e-mail address you provided or via sta.sh
You're most welcome to send all inquiries, suggestions and ideas via
notes
Cheers
I'd probably love to ask you to do this when I'd be opening comms back in Aug-September, perhaps. Since right now it's not exactly useful
Anyways this is so nice of you to have offered this
(Funny how I never thought about it myself
It's the least I can do to thank you for all your help
The thought of a 2-characters hipline is tempting... how much time do I have to delve in my purse looking for some money, before you close commissions?
*starts going through the spiderwebs in her wallet*
and if some temporary delays occur (since I tend to move a lot across the country due to work specifics), every customer will be notified via e-mail or da-notes
Haste is waste, you know
