I would say Choza has potential small traces of Uzumaki ancestry, but it's implied that he dyes his hair red as his eyebrows are brown- unleash you can have different colors for eyebrows and hair. As for Sakura, it might be a separate clan that has pink hair or maybe a very recessive branch of the Uzumaki that developed pink instead of red hair.
As for everyone else, its likely that they might have recessive Uzumaki heritages that we aren't aware of.
