I don't see here any gay imlication. Fuck, I am 30 years old man, and I am tired of seeing this shit everywhere (sorry not sorry). I can just see in their reactions how complicated their relationships and perceprion of each other are. Like they REALLY CAN understand each other better than anyone else, but still they disagree with each other. So we can see how it goes - being irritated Hanamiya just breaks Kiyoshi, and Kiyoshi just says to his teammates - guys, it's only my fault.

The Hanamiya character is a really complicated genious, and his emotional intelligence is far beyond the understandings too. He hates all he can find silly or hypocritical. And i am really grateful to the people like you, who can understand it and try to depict.

When i rewatched the KnB, the strange thing was, that it looks like it is Kiyoshi who felt regret before Hanamiya as if he was feelling a little guilt for smth or whatever. So, such picture is really atmospheric and serious. As if Kiyoshi doesn't play an idiot as he always does, and just says - sorry for breaking your plans, but there was no way for me to let you make my team lose this game sfter all that they passed through. Something like that, or I don't know. I just see here something as serious as a real frienship or enmity but not none of those notions.
