There's the Kiyohana from the anime & manga, and then there's a slightly genderbent hetero Kiyohana which is a whole new world, a universe in itself And which is never enough in its shining painful glory
As usual, it all started out from a song although it implied pharaoh!Hanamiya and captive!Kiyoshi [again ] but in the process of drawing something changed to an absolutely different scenario where instead of the pharaoh Cleopatra decided to manifest herself - and how can I deny that wish? fem!Hanamiya is love love love Kiyoshi knows this

The wings were inspired by Isis amazing photo way back in 2012, oh dear Not kidding one bit. So the crown logically follows. As does the faithful Kiridai [always does ] Furuhashi, you Actually, it's one of the 'longest' drawings I've ever had the patience to make - having started it in the late March, it only took me the entirety of April to paint it through, bit by bit until it all was molten gold and screaming UST
